His Plans Trump All Plans

Who would have thought that our entire society would be placing such concentrated attention upon the home in 2020! We never know what the next day will bring, so we’re thankful to have been out front teaching women to order the home for peace and purpose through our discipleship training, God of Order: The Blueprint to Bringing Peace to the Home. Our aim is to present simple yet powerful truths focusing on the home—and those truths have become alive with meaning during this time with so many people now sheltering in place!

We continue to hear testimonies from participants sharing how life has slowed down, providing time for families to be at home together, doing family activities. They are enjoying time around the dining room table, in face-to-face relationship, communicating together. One current class participant shares,

God has proven His care for us in so many ways, including His provision for training in godliness. Founder of His Vessel Ministries, Jo Hancock, explains why transforming homes is one of our key program initiatives: “As the home falls apart, the church begins to crumble, and the nation slips into ruins.” God has called us to strengthen homes for His glory and His purposes. Even through the recent worldwide upheaval, God is restoring the home, which paves the way for the church to arise, whereby the nation will exalt God once again. This ignites within us the fire to press on with our mission, turning on the lights, one home at a time!
